Best Western Plus Kelly Inn

I really enjoy seeing here when we are in St. Cloud using the convention center that is connected to the hotel. I really like the fact that is connected to the civic center so that way you can just walk over when you need to. I also enjoyed that the beds are very comfortable. The room, however, really needs updating, but they are currently in the process of doing that which I am happy to hear. Parking can be a bit tricky and hard to get to if there are almost any type of event going on. Most of the parking lot in front of the hotel is metered parking by the city of St. Cloud so you can’t really use it without paying for it. I also like that the green is attached to the hotel that way, it’s easy just to walk down and get something to eat. The front staff always seems very nice and accommodating, I’ve never had a problem with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are also clean and well taken care of.

They have rooms with two floors in them!! So cool. So many different kinds of suites and rooms. Pretty cool. No free breakfast at this Best Western but the staff here are great and they were able to accommodate 3 kids and another adult coming with me last minute with a room that sleeps 6 comfortably overlooking the river. Also kids loved the pool. I loved the hot tub! Place is much much bigger than it looks it the pictures. Also underground parking that had an elevator that went right to my room. Very happy.

Interesting experience. The $200 per room pre charge for incidentals is pretty steep. Rooms are dated. People were really nice, rooms are cheap.

We contacted multiple hotels and motels in the St Cloud Minnesota area, that were absolutely too expensive, and their pools were closed down for maintenance, but we were recommended to this place, which had an older look to it, but the decor, the rooms, were excellent. The service was even better. The pool was a bit small, but it was nice and warm compared to most hotels swimming pools, the rooms were extremely clean, it had a working TV unlike a lot of hotels out there, a mini fridge, no stains on the beds, and the entire hotel is pet friendly, but we didn't have a room with any pet stains or smells in it. It was great! It was in a populated area with lots of things to do, and the restaurant attached to the hotel had some excellent service and food as well, for the price given. I would definitely recommend anyone staying in St Cloud, to Common stay at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn!

Stayed here while in St. Cloud for a weekend. Rooms were clean, fairly priced and the front desk employees (especially Ms. Ryan) were incredibly sweet. Definitely 5 stars for customer service. Some rooms (like ours) had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great! The complimentary soap/shampoo/lotion/etc. was of better quality and smell than I'm used to for hotels. Overall I would definitely stay here again if ever back in St. Cloud. Oh, and the location is great too! At least for restaurants. There are several good ones in walking distance and it appears there were some shops in the area too. Oh, and there was a nicely sized/bright indoor pool and hot tub (we didn't try it out but it looked inviting and not dingy like most hotel pools). Parking wasn't an issue/tons of space and lot was brightly lit. Would definitely stay here again.

Dana the Director of Sales went above and beyond for our conference!!! she is a 10 :) Thanks for accommodating us. Spencer Roberts the Catering Manager is also a 10 making everything perfect and what we needed, he made happen. We will be back for conferences to this location for sure.

10/10 Will stay here again! We needed a last minute place to stay with our pups and this place was noted as pet friendly. The staff was incredibly helpful, the price was exceptionally reasonable and pet friendly to boot. We got a room overlooking the river. The pool area was very large and hot tub felt great. They said they were at full capacity but we couldnt help but notice how quiet it was. We will 100% stay here everytime we are in town.

Nice location by the river. Room was a good size, clean, and smelled good. Green Mill was next door- great food! It’s also located by a lot of other restaurants and attractions.
